AI Engineer (m/f/d) in the Field of Medical Technology / Eye Care

Your mission

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a dedicated AI Engineer (m/f/d) who will play a significant role in turning our vision into reality. In this position, you will work within our AI team, developing innovative AI solutions for eye diagnostics

Development and implementation of AI algorithms for early diagnosis of eye diseases
Optimization of existing AI models and continuous improvement of accuracy and efficiency
Integration of AI solutions into our existing products and systems (MLOps)
Collaboration with our AI scientists to explore and evaluate new approaches and technologies
Data analysis and preparation for training and validation of AI models
Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the performance of developed AI algorithms
Keeping up with current trends and developments in the AI and medical image processing field

Your profile

You have a completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or a related field with exceptional track record
You bring experience in the development and implementation of AI algorithms, ideally in the medical field and/or within a fast paced environment
You have strong knowledge in areas such as machine learning, neural networks, and deep learning
You possess programming skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
You have experience with the deployment and lifecycle management of AI models (MLOps)
You have experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure
You have a team-oriented work approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You have fluent English language skills, both written and spoken

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten AI Engineer (m/w/d), der/die maßgeblich dazu beitragen wird, unsere Vision in die Realität umzusetzen. In dieser Position arbeitest du in unserem AI-Team und entwickelst innovative AI-Lösungen für die Augendiagnostik.

Entwicklung und Implementierung von AI-Algorithmen zur frühzeitigen Diagnostik von Augenkrankheiten
Optimierung bestehender AI-Modelle und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Genauigkeit und Effizienz
Integration von AI-Lösungen in unsere bestehenden Produkte und Systeme (MLOps)
Zusammenarbeit mit unseren AI Scientists, um neue Ansätze und Technologien zu erforschen und zu evaluieren
Datenanalyse und -aufbereitung für das Training und die Validierung von AI-Modellen
Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Evaluation der Leistung der entwickelten AI-Algorithmen
Verfolgung aktueller Trends und Entwicklungen im Bereich der AI und medizinischen Bildverarbeitung

Du passt gut zu diesem Job, wenn

Du ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Mathematik oder einem verwandten Fachbereich hast
Du Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von AI-Algorithmen, idealerweise im medizinischen Bereich, mitbringst
Du gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen maschinelles Lernen, neuronale Netzwerke und Deep Learning besitzt
Du Programmierkenntnisse in Python und Erfahrung mit AI-Frameworks wie TensorFlow oder PyTorch hast
Du Erfahrung mit dem Deployment und Lifecycle Management von AI-Modellen hast (MLOps)
Du Erfahrung mit Clouddiensten wie AWS oder Azure hast
Du eine teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägten analytischen und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten hast
Du über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift verfügst
